For EU-countries:
We don´t charge any shipping costs when the order is more than EUR 50,--.
Order below EUR 50,-- shipping costs as follows:
Austria: € 4,80 incl. statutory VAT
Germany: € 12,00 incl. statutory VAT
rest of EU-countries: € 16,80 incl. statutory VAT

For countries beyond the EU:
Switzerland/Liechtenstein:
for orders up to 1.000,-- EUR: EUR 30,-- incl. statutory VAT (delivery by post),
for orders more than 1.001,-- EUR: EUR 180,-- incl. statutory VAT (delivery by carrier).

The delivery takes place either with post and post partners or with carrier.
The delivery is made after payment and as quick as possible.

All our products are packed eco-friendly, mainly in recycling carton, recycling paper or in shavings of swiss stone pine. You receive a product from heart and with heart. If you buy a ZirbenLüfter ® you will get a heart of swiss stone pine.
